Thirteenth Day. 28 July 2011

by Joel Emmanuel

Today is quite a stressful day physically. I am tired already. Had 3 PTs in 4 days, and will have another two of them tomorrow and the following day. But it’s okay with me. By God’s provision of strength, I know that I can handle it. Konting tiis na lang. Last 2 sessions of PT then I’ll finally have my checkup! I claim the victory with the result of my upcoming checkup. I can’t wait for everything to be okay. For everything to be normal again!

Anyway, the start of the day is okay. I read the Bible and wrote my devotion like what I usually do. Then took a nap again. Then when I woke up again and went down, Mom told me a very bad news: Both the side mirrors of our Crosswind were stolen! Whew. I was shocked! Kakapaayos pa lang namin nung side mirror na maluwag then nanakaw yung pareho! Whew. Our world is really different today. When you turn the television or radio on, the news that you’ll see/hear is about crime. Whew. Isa lang naman solusyon sa lahat ng ‘to eh: CHRISTLIKENESS. — Having a holy life. Changing your ways to a righteous and holy living. FULLY accepting Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. If everyone’s mindset is to let the Lord control their lives, then we won’t experience any struggles in life. Everything will be smooth. There’ll be no more crimes, no more violence, no more negative thoughts, and NO MORE satan to control us. I hope and pray that everyone learns to trust God with all their hearts and entrust everything to Him as well.

God bless, everyone!
